A Town of Brule, Douglas County, Town Board Supervisor seat became vacant July 8, 2025, due to Supervisor Myron Olson’s resignation.
Town of Brule residents interested in filling this vacancy for the remainder of the current term ending April 2027 are contact the clerk, Diane Nelson, to receive a packet of information regarding the Town Officer Job Descriptions as provided by the Wisconsin Towns Association.
If interested, please submit a letter of interest to the Town of Brule Town Chairman Fred Stoll no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2025, in person or email: [email protected].
Letters will be reviewed by the Town Board and the Town Clerk on August 12 at the regular monthly Town Board Meeting. A qualified candidate may be selected from the applicants and if so, an Oath of Office will be administered. If multiple qualified candidates express an interest the board will conduct interviews at a later date.
